Terms and Conditions Distillery Tour EN 2026

Tickets: 
 
· All online tickets must be booked at least 24 hours before the intended tour date.
· No person shall be permitted to enter the Wild Monkey Distillery (the “Distillery”) without a valid ticket.
· Each ticket booked is only valid for the person(s) stated on the ticket, to enter and attend the booked tour at the Distillery.
· Tickets bought online are personal and non-transferable and may not be offered for resale to a third party.
· It is the purchaser's responsibility to check prior to the conclusion of the purchase that the information supplied in respect of the online ticket is accurate. If inaccurate information is supplied this may result in additional charges or ultimately voiding of the online ticket.
· Online tickets cannot be used with any promotional or discount offers.
· The Distillery reserves the right to refuse entry if no e-ticket is presented by the attendee on the day of the allotted tour. Notwithstanding the forgoing, if possible and only if the attendee arrives at least 20 minutes in advance of the scheduled start time for the allotted tour, the Distillery may, upon production of your reference number, be able to provide a copy of the e-ticket.

Permitted Attendees:

· For health & safety reasons, children under 18 years old (“Young Children”) are not permitted in the production areas of the Distillery or on any of the Distillery’s allotted tours (“Prohibited Areas”). We reserve the right to request you to provide proof of age.
· Additionally, visitors should be informed that individuals who appear to be intoxicated will not be allowed on site. We kindly ask all attendees to refrain from consuming alcohol prior to their visit.

Attendance on the day of your booking:

· It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive and present yourself at the Distillery Visitor Centre at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your confirmed booking time as detailed on your booking reference confirmation. The Distillery shall not be responsible for and cannot be held liable by you, in the event that you fail to present yourself at the Arrival Time on the day of your booking. In such circumstances, you will be treated as a no-show and we reserve the right to continue the tour at the scheduled time in your absence. If you are late or you miss your allotted booking time, it is very unlikely that we will be able to reallocate you to another slot and, for the avoidance of doubt, we are in no circumstances obliged to do so.
· We cannot guarantee that the Distillery will be in production during your visit. Breaks in production or essential maintenance may restrict viewing and if the Distillery is not in production on the day of your visit, we shall be under no obligation to refund your ticket and the ticket cannot be used or reallocated for any subsequent tours.

 
Booking Cancellations:

· The Distillery reserves the right to make changes to scheduled tours, opening times or events, and on occasion, to cancel confirmed bookings. If the Distillery has to make a significant change or cancel we will offer you the choice of the following:
(a) accepting the changed arrangements;
(b) accepting the cancellation.
· In all cases, the Distillery’s liability for significant changes and cancellations is strictly limited to offering you the Options. The Distillery is not liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you or your party consequent of any change or cancellation.
· We reserve the right (without the need for any prior notice) to close the Distillery due to extreme/adverse weather conditions. In such circumstances, we will offer you a choice of the following:
· Accepting the cancellation based on the unforeseen circumstances whereupon we will use our reasonable endeavours to reallocate you to another tour of the Distillery in the foreseeable future.
 
Limitation of Liability:
 
· Other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Distillery’s negligence, the Distillery, its employees or agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising, in respect of any visit undertaken to the Distillery.
 
Reasonable Adjustments:
 
· Disabled persons are welcome at the Distillery.
· The Distillery will endeavour to make reasonable adjustments to the Distillery visitor tour (taking into account the unique layout and location of each distillery) to ensure that disabled persons, including those with guide dogs, have a positive visitor experience and, above all else, remain safe.
· If you are a disabled person, we ask you to specify this when booking to enable us to accommodate your visit and make all reasonable adjustments.
 
Miscellaneous: 

· Notwithstanding the provisions herein, the Distillery reserves the absolute right to refuse admission without any entitlement to refund.
· Smoking will be only permitted in the designated areas.
· Photography is not permitted inside any of our distilleries or warehouses under any circumstances.

Image Rights Consent:

By registering for the event, the participant consents to photographs and/or video recordings being taken of them during their participation in the event and grants BFD the right to use such recordings on the internet and/or in print media for the documentation and promotion of similar events. The participant may object to such use by expressly notifying BFD at the beginning of the event.

Tickets:

· Alle Online-Tickets müssen mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem vorgesehenen Tourdatum gebucht werden.
· Niemand darf die Wild Monkey Distillery (die „Destillerie“) ohne ein gültiges Ticket betreten.
· Jedes gebuchte Ticket ist ausschließlich für die auf dem Ticket angegebene(n) Person(en) gültig, um die gebuchte Tour in der Destillerie zu betreten und daran teilzunehmen.
· Online erworbene Tickets sind personenbezogen, nicht übertragbar und dürfen nicht zum Weiterverkauf an Dritte angeboten werden.
· Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Käufers, vor Abschluss des Kaufs zu prüfen, dass die im Zusammenhang mit dem Online-Ticket angegebenen Informationen korrekt sind. Werden unzutreffende Angaben gemacht, kann dies zu zusätzlichen Gebühren oder letztlich zur Ungültigkeit des Online-Tickets führen.
· Online-Tickets können nicht mit Werbe- oder Rabattaktionen kombiniert werden.
· Die Destillerie behält sich das Recht vor, den Zutritt zu verweigern, wenn am Tag der gebuchten Tour kein e-Ticket vom Teilnehmer vorgelegt wird. Ungeachtet des Vorstehenden kann die Destillerie – sofern möglich und nur wenn der Teilnehmer mindestens 20 Minuten vor der geplanten Startzeit der gebuchten Tour eintrifft – gegen Vorlage Ihrer Referenznummer eine Kopie des e-Tickets bereitstellen.

Zugelassene Teilnehmer:

· Aus Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsgründen sind Kinder unter 18 Jahren („Young Children“) in den Produktionsbereichen der Destillerie oder bei den angebotenen Touren der Destillerie („Prohibited Areas“) nicht gestattet. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, einen Altersnachweis zu verlangen.
· Darüber hinaus werden Besucher darauf hingewiesen, dass Personen, die offensichtlich alkoholisiert erscheinen, keinen Zutritt erhalten. Wir bitten alle Teilnehmer höflich, vor ihrem Besuch keinen Alkohol zu konsumieren.

Teilnahme am Tag Ihrer Buchung:

· Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung sicherzustellen, dass Sie mindestens 15 Minuten vor Beginn Ihrer bestätigten Buchungszeit gemäß Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung im Besucherzentrum der Destillerie eintreffen und sich dort melden. Die Destillerie übernimmt keine Verantwortung und haftet nicht, wenn Sie sich am Tag Ihrer Buchung nicht zur Arrival Time einfinden. In diesem Fall gelten Sie als nicht erschienen („no-show“), und wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Tour zum geplanten Zeitpunkt in Ihrer Abwesenheit fortzusetzen. Wenn Sie zu spät kommen oder Ihre gebuchte Zeit verpassen, ist es sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass wir Sie einem anderen Zeitfenster zuordnen können; zur Klarstellung: Wir sind hierzu unter keinen Umständen verpflichtet.
· Wir können nicht garantieren, dass die Destillerie während Ihres Besuchs in Produktion ist. Produktionspausen oder notwendige Wartungsarbeiten können die Besichtigung einschränken. Sollte die Destillerie am Tag Ihres Besuchs nicht in Produktion sein, sind wir nicht verpflichtet, Ihr Ticket zu erstatten, und das Ticket kann nicht für eine spätere Tour verwendet oder umgebucht werden.

Buchungsstornierungen:

· Die Destillerie behält sich das Recht vor, geplante Touren, Öffnungszeiten oder Veranstaltungen zu ändern oder bestätigte Buchungen gelegentlich zu stornieren. Wenn die Destillerie eine wesentliche Änderung vornehmen oder stornieren muss, bieten wir Ihnen folgende Optionen an:
(a) Annahme der geänderten Regelung;
(b) Annahme der Stornierung.

· In allen Fällen ist die Haftung der Destillerie bei wesentlichen Änderungen oder Stornierungen strikt auf das Angebot dieser Optionen beschränkt. Die Destillerie haftet nicht für Ausgaben, Kosten oder Verluste, die Ihnen oder Ihrer Gruppe infolge einer Änderung oder Stornierung entstehen.

· Wir behalten uns das Recht vor (ohne vorherige Ankündigung), die Destillerie aufgrund extremer/ungünstiger Wetterbedingungen zu schließen. In solchen Fällen bieten wir Ihnen folgende Option an:
· Annahme der Stornierung aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Umstände; in diesem Fall bemühen wir uns nach Kräften, Sie in absehbarer Zukunft auf eine andere Tour der Destillerie umzubuchen.

Haftungsbeschränkung:

· Mit Ausnahme der Haftung für Tod oder Personenschäden infolge von Fahrlässigkeit der Destillerie haften die Destillerie, ihre Mitarbeiter oder Vertreter nicht für direkte oder indirekte Verluste oder Schäden, gleich welcher Art, die im Zusammenhang mit einem Besuch der Destillerie entstehen.

Angemessene Vorkehrungen:

· Menschen mit Behinderung sind in der Destillerie willkommen.
· Die Destillerie wird sich bemühen, angemessene Anpassungen an der Besuchertour vorzunehmen (unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen baulichen Gegebenheiten und Lage jeder Destillerie), um sicherzustellen, dass Menschen mit Behinderung, einschließlich Personen mit Assistenzhunden, ein positives Besuchserlebnis haben und vor allem sicher bleiben.
· Wenn Sie eine Person mit Behinderung sind, bitten wir Sie, dies bei der Buchung anzugeben, damit wir Ihren Besuch entsprechend vorbereiten und angemessene Anpassungen vornehmen können.

Sonstiges:

· Ungeachtet der hierin enthaltenen Bestimmungen behält sich die Destillerie das uneingeschränkte Recht vor, den Zutritt ohne Anspruch auf Rückerstattung zu verweigern.
· Rauchen ist ausschließlich in den ausgewiesenen Bereichen gestattet.
· Fotografieren durch Besucher ist in keiner unserer Destillerien oder Lagerhäuser unter keinen Umständen gestattet.

Bildrechtliche Einwilligung:

· Mit seiner Anmeldung willigt der Teilnehmer ein, dass von ihm während der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung Film- oder Fotoaufnahmen gemacht werden und erteilt BFD das Recht, diese Aufnahmen im Internet und/oder Printmedien zur Dokumentation und Bewerbung von gleichartigen Veranstaltungen zu verwenden. Der Teilnehmer kann dieser Nutzung widersprechen, indem er dies ausdrücklich bei Beginn der Veranstaltung gegenüber BFD äußert.
