with MONKEY 47 Distiller's Cut 2025

A pinch of Fleur de sel, a squeeze of grapefruit and the unmistakable taste of our MONKEY 47 Distiller's Cut 2025 – a love child of the Camargue and the Black Forest. Simply merveilleux (wunderbar)!
Ingredients
4 cl MONKEY 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025
4 cl fresh grapefruit juice
1 cl simple syrup
Fleur de Sel
Ice cubes
Preparation
First, moisten the rim of a Nick & Nora glass with a grapefruit wedge and dip it gently into Fleur de Sel. Into a shaker goes the gin, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and a generous handful of ice. Now give it a proper shake (the sort that lets the neighbours know you’re busy) and strain into the waiting glass.
